CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ZUMBA

A fusion of Latin and International dance styles that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. All fitness levels welcome!

ZUMBA TONING - NEW

An innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. We provide 1.5lb sand filled toning sticks which are very similar to maracas. In a relatively short time this workout helps build coordination and muscle endurance. No previous ZUMBA experience necessary.

PILATES

Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level and is a safe way to improve your flexibility, strength, core strength and posture.  Pilates is designed to help you prevent injuries, recover from injuries and prevent further musculoskeletal problems, as well as enhance your posture and movement patterns. - AVAILABLE IN GROUP MAT CLASSES, SEMI-PRIVATE OR PRIVATE (with equipment).

CIRCUIT PILATES

This class will have 4 to 5 people per class and will be a full body workout using the pilates method. During this class you will use the Reformer, MVE Chair, mat, stability balls and theraband to increases strength, length, flexibility, co-ordination and general mind/body awareness . A great way to workout with your friends or join a class on your own.

PILATES FOR MEN

This class will focus on building strength and preventing injury. Through learning to connect your mind and body you will move more effectively, increase your flexibility and keep your joints healthy. Email for more information.

INJURY RECOVERY PILATES

Small classes designed to meet the specific needs of persons recovering from and injury. Currently running class for clients with back injuries. Email for more information.

VINYASA YOGA

It is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures, that have been practiced for more than 5,000 years. For more information regarding Vinyasa Yoga click here

FAMILY YOGA

A fun way to start your weekend! Bring the whole family or sneak away for a special morning with your child. We understand the importance of spending time with your family and realize that everything adds up so we now offer a rate of $2.00 per class for children under 12 or purchase a punch card for $15.00 for 10 classes!

TAP AEROBICS

Get moving, have fun and laugh!  No experience necessary & 2 left feet are welcome! Don't have tap shoes? Don't worry.... just wear dress shoes or runners. The class is about having fun and getting exercise!

BEGINNER ADULT BALLET

Level 1 - For the true beginner. This class goes through the basics of ballet in a simple and fun class.

Level 2 - For those who danced in their younger years or have completed one session of Level 1.
